OUR

MINISTRIES

We are a 501c3 nonprofit organization established in 2014 in the Greater Atlanta Area with the goal to provide peaceful transitions for persons experiencing life changing events. We extend our services to the greater Kansas City, Missouri area. We believe in providing a caring atmosphere that promotes healing and encouragement to all mankind. We strive to be the best at what we do because we do it not for our glory.

We depend heavily on community support as we know it takes a village to accomplish success. We engage in many forms of fundraising and partnerships. We ask that anyone interested in making a different in the lives of many to head to our donate page. Any gift is greatly appreciated.

Below are the specific Ministries we focus on.

Disadvantaged Youth

In Atlanta, we have started the disadvantaged youth program by assisting young men and women in obtaining employment, signing up for GED classes and/or online courses to enhance their educational skills and promote gainful employment. Many of our young people have had a minor offense with the law and have not been given opportunity for a second chance. We provide extraordinary care to extraordinary people. We do that by encouraging them to reach for higher heights while remaining calm and peaceful through the process.

Hospice

Our first focus, Shalom Hospice is up and running in Independence, Missouri. We provide extraordinary care to extraordinary people by providing End-of-Life (EOL) care to individuals who have been diagnosed with a terminal illness. We operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week with full health care staff: physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, home care aids, chaplain, and social workers. We provide care regardless of ability to pay.

Shelter for Women & Children

The homelessness program for women and children focuses on providing temporary shelter for families of single mothers who have fallen on hard times by either a job loss, divorce, or sudden move due to no fault of their own. We want to build self-esteem while providing resources and shelter for the family. We assure the children stay in school and the mother obtains gainful employment. This transition is to remain peaceful and hopeful. We provide extraordinary care to extraordinary people while maintaining pride and dignity during the process.
